Details
A combination class using both TRX straps and kettlebells. Suspension Training uses gravity and bodyweight for creative and effective exercises that target the whole body. You will use your own body weight for a full body workout of muscle strengthening and toning. Kettlebell Training combines strength training with a high-intensity cardio workout, giving you an overall full body workout. You're building muscle, increasing power, endurance and getting lean all at once. Pay as you train £6.00 per class. Booking required - please text Jo on 07756 763469 to book. Free parking.
