HIIT Step

HIIT Step is a 30-minute class using only bodyweight and a step. With quick bursts of intense exercises, brief recovery periods, and shorter workout durations this session will increase your metabolism and speed up fat loss, improving cardiovascular endurance and burning calories for longer periods. It will boost power and enhance strength too. Pay as you train £6.00 per class. Monthly membership option available. Booking required - please text Robin on 07949 502185 to book. Free parking.
