Glusburn and Crosshills Beer and Gin Festival - back for it's second year! Drinks Experience at least 20 locally-brewed cask and keg beers and a great selection of artisan gins! Food Dave's Artisan Wood-Fired Pizza Company will be on site all weekend. Entertainment Announced soon! Entrance ticket is valid for all sessions; wristbands will be issued and must be presented for re-entry. A token system will operate, with payment by cash or card. Tickets can be pre-booked now! Opening times: Friday: 5:00pm - 11:30pm Saturday: Midday - 11:30pm

Wheelchair users and guests with restricted mobility We are committed to providing wheelchair access to all our events. There is level access at the main entrance and a lift serving all floors. Accessible toilets are available on the ground and first floor. Detailed information about each space within our venue is provided below. Sight impaired guests We welcome trained assistance dogs and will provide a water bowl upon request. Ticketed audience events We offer a companion seat free of charge to customers with access requirements at all Glusburn Community and Arts Centre events. CEA Cards, Access Cards and any other proof of disability are accepted as evidence. Access and companion seats can be selected anywhere in the auditorium. Wheelchair accessible spaces are allocated at all performances. These can be booked online, but we advise calling or emailing our Box Office team to assist you in booking the most suitable space for your requirements. Getting in and moving around the building The building has multiple entrances depending on which space is being used. Clear directional signage is in place, both externally and throughout the interior. ​ Our spaces are on three levels - ground, upper ground and first floor. Our large, 13-person modern lift serves all levels and is accessed from the ground floor lobby. It can accommodate two standard size wheelchairs and two chaperones. The Auditorium is on the first floor, accessed via the front entrance using the wide main staircase or via the lift. The stairs are shallow, with handrails on both sides. There is a Disabled Refuge Call System fitted in the emergency refuge area adjacent to the Auditorium fire escape. Seating is removable, allowing for multiple different layouts. The Balcony is part of the Auditorium. This is open during seated audience shows and events. It has fixed seating and is only accessed via a steep and narrow staircase with a handrail. The Studio is on the ground floor, with level access via the ground floor front entrance lobby. It also has a ramped emergency exit leading to the car park. The Baths Hall is on the upper ground floor, with stepped access from the front entrance or via the lift from the main lobby. The Old Chapel is on the first floor to the rear of the building and has its own access from Institute Street. (Institute Street is an unmade road on the opposite side of the building to the car park.) The wide staircase has handrails on both sides. The Chapel can also be accessed by using the lift from the main lobby. The Meeting Room is on the first floor, accessed via the front entrance using the main stairs. There are a further three steps into the room. The Box Office is located on the ground floor from the main lobby with level access. ​ Toilets Ground floor foyer - 1 x male, 1 x female, 1 x accessible with baby change facilities Upper ground floor Baths Hall - 1 x gender neutral Upper ground floor lift foyer - 1 x accessible First floor adjacent to the Main Hall - male (1 x cubicle, 2 x urinals), female (2 x cubicles), 1 x accessible All taps have colour indicators for hot and cold and are accessible from a seated position, as are the soap and paper towel dispensers Flooring throughout all toilets is an even non-slip vinyl flooring ​ Lighting All communal areas and rooms are evenly and well lit. Most corridors and toilets have automatic sensor lighting. Seating Seating is provided in all rooms. Most chairs do not have armrests; all chairs have backs. Tables can be provided for most events and activities except for theatre layout audience seating. Prams and buggies Prams and buggies can be left in the ground floor foyer.
